Nat M. Kenney, III received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston at Clear Lake and graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1991. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1992 and was also admitted to practice in the Federal Court of the Northern District of Texas.

Mr. Kenney clerked for Judge Brown of the 95th District Court in Dallas, Texas, and had a solo law practice primarily handling misdemeanor cases before establishing Judith P. Kenney & Associates, P.C. with his sister, Judith P. Kenney, in 1995.

An attorney/guardian ad litem for guardianship matters, Mr. Kenney concentrates his law practice on probate and guardianship matters as well as probate and fiduciary litigation.

Mr. Kenney has been a member of the Estate Planning Council of North Texas as well as that of the Dallas Bar Association, the Denton County Bar Association, the Business Litigation Section, and the Probate Section of the Dallas Bar Association.
